Lissa Lovetere-Stone, the niece of the late Joseph P. Lovetere, currently serves as President of the Funeral Home. A lifelong resident of the Woodbury-Southbury area, she is a graduate of Holy Cross High School in Waterbury. She received a Bachelors Degree from Boston University and an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Mount Ida College.
Lissa is the third generation to work at her family’s funeral homes where she has been a licensed funeral director since 1990. She is well known and active in the local business community, serving on many boards and committees.
A resident of Bethlehem, she is married to Mark D. Stone, and is a mother of two teenagers, Andrew and Evelyn.
Lissa is proud of continuing the commitment to the community that her family started decades ago. The family-owned, independently operated funeral home continues to maintain respect among the local townspeople.

Chrissie R. Morneault graduated from Lincoln College of New England with honors and has joined the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home family.

Robyn Dostie Esposito grew up in Woodbury and graduated from Nonnewaug High School. She graduated from Lincoln College of New England with a degree in Mortuary Science.
Robyn joined the military right out of high school and served six years with the Army National Guard as a 63W, Heavy Wheeled Vehicle Repairer, and takes great pride in assisting our families with the Veterans Benefits afforded to them.
Robyn is active in the Youth Lacrosse program in Watertown where she was the founding director of the Girls Youth Lacrosse program and where she still coaches her children.
Robyn lives in Watertown with her children Chelsea, Gabrielle and Franklyn.

Graduating in the Class of 2018, Jennifer received her associate degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Lincoln College of New England. While earning her degree Jennifer was actively engaged in LCNE’s Mortuary Club and began interning at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home. At Munson-Lovetere Jennifer transitioned from an internship to an apprenticeship, which she completed in August of 2019. Recently passing her exams with the Connecticut State Licensing Board, Jennifer is now a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
Jennifer characterizes a good funeral director as someone who maintains deference for both the deceased and the bereaved; compassion and support are paramount while helping families receive closure from their loss. Jennifer finds the application of this philosophy achievable by treating every family she encounters as if it were her own. Additionally, as a Certified Crematory Operator Jennifer can be found aiding families with the loss of their furry members at Pet Passages in Southbury.
Jennifer lives in Danbury alongside her significant other Gregory, and their dog Banjo. An ardent vegetarian for over ten years, she enjoys spending her time exercising compassion to animals by donating to animal sanctuaries and participating in animal welfare fundraisers. If not assisting families or working in Bethel as a pharmacist’s technician, Jennifer can be found enjoying the outdoors in a local park.
Lisa Dillane has been the office assistant at Munson Lovetere since 2016. She fills many roles from assisting the funeral directors with service set up to creating the personalized memorial items for our client families.
Lisa grew up in Bethlehem and graduated from Nonnewaug High School. She is a yearly volunteer at the Bethlehem Fair, where she has worked along side her family for many years in the Antique Tractor division. When she isn’t working, Lisa enjoys being outdoors, gardening and raising, tagging, releasing and tracking Monarch Butterflies, a passion passed down from her Grandmother.
Lisa lives in Thomaston with her husband James and her 3 children Taylor, Corbin and Pyper. She can often be found cheering them on at their many sport activities. Lisa and her family are active in their volunteer work ranging from 4-H to the local Fire Department. Lisa is also involved in fundraising, collecting and donating blankets for shelter dogs and veterinarian assistance for low income families, causes inspired by her 5 Chihuahua fur babies.
