Ronald J. Bartoli III, 33, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 11, 2023. He was born on October 8, 1989. He grew up in Southbury and graduated from Pomperaug High School. A caregiver from an early age, he volunteered at River Glen Health Care to play his violin for the patients when he was 14. Though he had a scholarship to the Joeffrys School of Dance in NYC, Ron decided to pursue a nursing career. Ronald worked at Senor Panchos while going to nursing school, graduated in 2019 from Porter & Chester and began working at Autumn Lake in Waterbury. At the time of his passing Ronald was working at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury.
Ronald was a polyglot; he spoke more than 6 languages fluently. He loved to travel. Loved the fast-paced life and NYC. He had many friends from all over. He was an equine and dance enthusiast and loved to indulge in the finer things in life as much as possible. Ronald was able to find a friend or acquaintance nearly everywhere he went and could make everyone laugh as he was unapologetically himself. He had a song and dance for everything. His presence demanded attention when he walked into a room. Ronalds smile was contagious. He was the best hype man for his friends and family. He put his whole heart into anything he did. Ronald loved nursing and helping people. He cared deeply for his friends and family, and he always tried to be a good example to his brothers. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Ronald is survived by his mother Sindy Bailey of Southbury and his brothers Denny of Waterbury, Brandon of Woodbury and Luis of Southbury. His father Ronald Bartoli Jr., and his partner Kathy of Wolcott and their children Mallory of Waterbury, Mark of Tennessee and Mathew of Wolcott. He also leaves his Uncle Tom Bailey of Southbury, Aunt Lisa and cousin Katie of New Milford, his Uncle Rick Bartoli of Wolcott, his Great Uncle Ed Krusiewig, cousins Missy and Lisa of South Carolina.
