Nancy A. (Wiltshire) Shaw

Nancy A Wiltshire Shaw died at peace in her sleep, on September 17th 2022. She was born in Bethlehem, Ct. February 23rd, 1935 and grew up in Bethlehem and Watertown with her many brothers and sisters of the Eleanor and Elmer Wiltshire family. Living with her Aunt Sarah and Uncle Joe Gomes in Bethlehem for a short period. Nancy was the wife of Robert D. Shaw who predeceased her in 1994.

Nancy worked in the Princeton Knitting Mills in Watertown. She was also employed with Uniroyal Rubber company of Naugatuck making sneakers and boots until they discontinued manufacturing in the 1970’s. Nancy finished her working career at Southbury Training School retiring in 1997. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of Watertown Ct.

She enjoyed ice skating, wintertime, horses, dancing, traveling and just sharing time with her family. She recalled plucking chickens at the Borge farm in Southbury.

Nancy’s is survived by her children Eleanor Litwinko, her spouse Henry their 3 children and grandchild, surviving daughter, Linda (Cookie) and her spouse Marty, grandchildren Sarah O’Neill, spouse Ryan and their children and a great great granddaughter, Tamah Bushka her husband Randy and their four children, Amber Kinsella and Timothy Kinsella and his partner Meghan and their son. She is also survived by three additional grandchildren and great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their children and their grandchildren.

Nancy was predeceased by her son Steve Newman, and daughters Emilia Pabey and Lydia Kinsella. Nancy was previously married to Charles A Newman and Luis E. Pabey.

May she rest in peace with them all. She will be missed.
