Kenneth C. Martin

Kenneth C. Martin, 71, of Woodbury passed away peacefully at home on March 26, 2019. He was born in Brooklyn, NY. on August 25, 1947, the son of Edward and Florence Martin. He moved to Woodbury as a young child and was a long time resident of the town.

Ken served overseas in the Air Force for 3 years. When he returned home he became a volunteer fire fighter for the town of Woodbury. He was on the crew for over 20 years. He was also a Boy Scout leader in town for many years.

He is survived by his children Inga Martin, Lars Martin, Katrina Martin, his ex-wife Nina Martin. Four grandsons Daniel Troccolla, Kyle Martin, Eric Callender and Zachary Uljua. As well as his sister Linda Ives. He is predeceased by his parents Charles Martin and Florence Martin.

Calling hours will be Tuesday April 9, 2019 from 6 - 8pm at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St., Woodbury. A Memorial Service will be April 10, 2019 at 10 am at North Congregational Church, 11 Main St N., Woodbury.
