Jennifer Lee Kaiser

Woodbury- Jennifer Lee Kaiser, 50, of Woodbury passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with uterine cancer, surrounded by her adoring family on June 2, 2022.

 Jennifer was born on December 13, 1971 at Bergstrom AFB, the first child of Ronald and Deborah (Waters) Fish. The family moved to Anchorage, AK, then New Milford, CT before settling in Woodbury in 1978, where Jennifer attended public schools and graduated from Nonnewaug HS in 1990. Jennifer obtained her BA from ECSU in 1994 and embarked on a finance career.  In 1996 she met Tim, her soulmate, and it was love at first sight. They married on a perfect spring day, May 23, 1998.  When the economy collapsed in 2009, Jennifer changed course and pursued her lifelong dream, going back to school and becoming an extraordinary chef.  She found her work family at New Morning Market and remained for 11 years, until cancer took her from all of us. 

Besides her parents, Jennifer is survived by her loving and grateful husband, Timothy J. Kaiser; her devoted siblings, Katharine Falotico and brother-in-law Mauro; their children, Amara, Gianna, Hannah, and Sam; David Fish and sister-in-law Sarah; David’s son Luke; her beloved Aunt Gail Rahal, and so many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.  She loved you all so deeply. Always ask what Auntie Jenny would do. You will get it right. She also leaves behind her support cats, Olaf and Georgie. Olaf was her rock and cancer support cat.

Jenn was the love and the light in all of us, the center of our beautiful family.  She was an aunt, a friend, a coworker, a daughter, a sister and a wife.  She did all of those things with unconditional love.
