Obituary

Southbury- Doris L. Nyce, 88, of Southbury, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Lutheran Home. She was the loving wife of 46 years to the late Neil Nyce.

Doris was born on October 25, 1934 in Reading, Pennsylvania, the daughter to the late Raymond and Helena Hart. Doris was educated in local schools and had a career as a sales manager for 35 years. She moved to Connecticut with the love of her life, Neil, to start a family.

Doris is survived by her siblings, Sandra Sullivan, Helen Gallo, and Tomas Hart, her son Michael Nyce and his wife Olivia, and her grandchildren, Michael, Michelle, Jennifer, Shayne, and Dylan.

A visitation will be held on Thursday April 20, 2023 from 10:00 am until services begin at 11:00 am at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main St. N. Southbury, CT. Burial will follow at Wooster Cemetery in Danbury, CT. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.munsonloveterefuneralhome.com.
