Bert D. Orten

Bert Daniel Orten Better known as “Danny” passed peacefully on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the age of 58. Born in 1963 on the 28th of June to his parents, the late Mack and Joyce Orten. Danny was the 2nd oldest of 5 siblings. Danny always quickly and easily became the center of attention as he entered a room with a height of 6’7”. He was a man who easily could start a conversation with anyone. He read his bible faithfully daily and enjoyed playing "Sunday Funday" cards after church. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, his two sons, Bert, and Dougie. Danny is also survived by his siblings Debbie, Ellen, Mack, and Alan. Danny has a huge extended family full of nieces, nephews, cousins, and those who became family, that he is also survived by. There will be a graveside service to pay our respects for Danny, at South Britain Cemetery, Southbury at 11am on the 23rd of November.
