Benjamin Doiron Obituary

Benjamin Daniel Doiron, 40 of Bethlehem passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2021 at his home.  Ben was born on September 25, 1980 at Bristol Hospital, Bristol, CT.  Ben was a special needs graduate from Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury Connecticut.  Ben worked at Nutmeg Spice in Terryville, Connecticut and had several other previous jobs.  He was a member of The Bible Church in Waterbury Connecticut and Walnut Hill Community Church in Waterbury.   Ben’s greatest passion was being all together with his family, especially on Block Island.  He enjoyed working on puzzles, watching videos on the computer and cars.  Ben’s love of travel took him all over New England, New York (including New York City), Pennsylvania, California, Canada and Hawaii; with Williamsburg, Virginia being a favorite place.  Besides visiting his sisters there, he enjoyed Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.  He participated for many years in camp at Joni and Friends Family Retreat New England in New Hampshire.  Ben had a passion for cars and car rides and would direct you wherever he wanted you to go and direct you to the right way if you made a wrong turn.

Ben is survived by his mother, Carol Doiron of Bethlehem; his brother Matthew Doiron (Brenda) of Warwick, New York; his sister, Sarah Tremblay (Erik) of Williamsburg, Virginia; his sister, Laura Campbell (Parker) of Newport News, Virginia; his seven nieces and nephews, Hannah, Andrew, Abigail, Ethan, Grace, Noah and Henry.  He also leaves a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was recently predeceased by his father, Peter Doiron. His Uncle Art was his job coach.
