Adam Mikael DeBisschop was born on August 27th, 1991 to a delighted and loving family. From his earliest days he was a dynamic, hilarious and soft-hearted human being. Though he was shy as a child, age and experience helped him grow into an empathetic and outgoing young man, forever the life of the party and the absolute joy of his companions. Adam was a skateboarder, a gamer, a graphic designer, and a deep thinker. He was passionate about music and the shared experience of live shows. He loved stimulating conversations about the state of the world that we live in and what might make it better. Adam was a driven and focused person. At the time that he left us, he was pursuing an ambitious career path as a Mechatronics and Robotics Apprentice with a print publication outfit.
Adam spent countless hours breaking skateboard decks over curbs trying out new tricks, occasionally injuring himself in the process. But those were scars he wore with pride, representing a willingness to take healthy risks and accept new challenges. Adam was a devoted son to his parents, always communicating his love for them through his actions. He was both a help and a comfort whenever he was able. He was an invaluable sibling, a constant listener and supporter. Adam was a loyal friend, always doing his best to amuse and connect with the people closest to him. Above all, he was an affectionate family member, and a fiercely loving partner. Adam Mikael DeBisschop passed away on October 31st, 2021, leaving many broken hearts in his wake. His family, his friends, and his girlfriend loved him beyond words.
