William (Bill) Zibluk, 71, passed away on November 4, 2024 at his home in Norfolk, CT. Born on September 21, 1953, Bill was a lifelong enthusiast of the outdoors, which was reflected in both his personal hobbies and his work. Bill attended Seymour High School followed by Paul Smith College, where he further cultivated his love for nature. Bill enjoyed a variety of hobbies that included gardening, fishing, hunting, Tai Chi, and hiking with his dog, Pepper, all of which reflected his deep appreciation for the outdoors and the environment.

Bill worked at various establishments including the Infinity Hall, North Church (Woodbury), and Precision Wire Cut Corporation (Waterbury) as well as working as a private landscaper. He was an avid reader, often found with a book in hand, immersed in historical stories and knowledge that spanned various topics. Bill is survived by his mother, Sophie (Huzar) Zibluk; his sister, Carol Flament (John); his brother, Gary Zibluk; nephews James (Elise Burgess) and Ryan Flament (Laura Cunningham), nieces, Cali Rivas (Joseph), and Hanna Zibluk, as well as a grand nephew, Jax Rivas. He was predeceased by his wife, Patti-Ann Zibluk, and his father, James (Pat) Zibluk. Bill will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his deep appreciation for the simplicity of nature, and the quiet strength he demonstrated throughout his life. His legacy will live on in the gardens he cultivated and the peaceful energy he fostered in his community and among his loved ones.
