William J. McCoy passed away peacefully on September 11, 2016, in New Britain CT. He was the son of Ester Bailey McCoy and the late Leo J. McCoy Sr., and the brother to the late Leo McCoy Jr. Billy was born on April 12, 1959 in Danbury Hospital. He was a very loving son and brother. He loved listening to country music with his family. William was the grandson of the late Mr. & Mrs. Francis McCoy and the late Mr. & Mrs. James Bailey all of Danbury, CT. Billy was a long time resident of the Southbury Training school and more recently a resident of the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain, CT.

Funeral: St. Teresa's Church

Services: There will be a Funeral Service on Saturday September 17, 2016 at 10 A.M. at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 146 Main Street South in Woodbury. Burial will be immediately following at Wooster Cemetery in Danbury.

Visitation: Calling hours will be held on Friday September 16, 2016 from 4-8 P.M. at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main St. N., Southbury.
