Mr. Walter M. "Mickey" Magda, 66, of Ansonia died Wednesday February 22, 2012 at Griffin Hospital.
Mickey was born September 17, 1945 in Derby a son of the late Walter and Ethel (Norton) Magda. He was a loving father, brother and uncle and a wonderful friend.
He is survived by his daughter Mikki Lynn Magda of Seymour, a sister, Sandy Blum and her partner Ron of Southbury, a granddaughter, a grandson, 3 nieces and several aunts, cousins and close friends. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Magda.

Memorials: Memorial contributions can be made in Mickey's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.

Services: Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 25th at 11am at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 235 Main St. North. Burial will follow in Southford Cemetery, Oxford.

Visitation: Friends may call at the funeral home from 10am until the time of service.
