Walter Rainsford Boag passed away peacefully on February 27th, 2022 at his home in Woodbury, CT.

Ray was born in Port Chester, NY in 1930.

Ray was raised in Sackets Harbor, NY, Sandy Hook, CT and Stratford, CT, by his loving parents Rainsford and Elizabeth Boag moving often to find work during the Great Depression years.

Ray married his beautiful wife Janet Hallquist in 1953 and raised two kids Pamela and Clifford.

Ray (Walter) started a company called CB Technical Sales in 1972 where his son Clifford and grandsons Casey, Ky, and Colt work today.

His friends and family knew him as 'Ray' whilst his business friends called him Walt.

He was very proud of CBTECH and that it helped provide a great life for he and his family.

The family started out in Milford, CT in the 1950s, then moved to Trumbull CT, and then Ray and Jan built a house in Easton, CT in 1990.

Ray and Janet lived with Cliff and Kelly's family for 25 years at the Easton home and we loved every minute together.

After Janet passed, the Boag family moved to Woodbury, CT in 2019 and Ray was very happy there surrounded by his loving family.

Ray loved his friends and family very much and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ and he always felt he had a blessed life.

His family feels blessed to have shared our homes and lives with this wonderful man.
