Walter A. Allison, 91, widower of Vivien Q. Allison, died November 4, 2007 at River Glen in Southbury. Walter was born in Ansonia on February 11, 1916 son of the late Frances H. and Andrew M. Allison. He had made his home in Woodbury for over 50 years. Walter served in the United States Army during World War Two. He was the President of Sessions Clock Company. His business career also included working as an accountant and a Real Estate Salesman. He was a devoted husband and father who spent his life caring for his family.
He is survived by three daughters, Laurie Grudzien of Woodbury, Elizabeth Wilson of Southbury and Martha Munson of Roxbury. He also leaves five grandchildren, Carl Wilson IV, and Robert, Emily, John Henry and Hannah Munson. He was predeceased by a daughter Kristine Allison.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
