Vivianne M. Belhumeur, 84, passed away on October 10, 2015 at Bethel Healthcare, which she called home for the past 9 years in Bethel, CT. Vivianne was born on November 11, 1930 in Blackstone, MA to Emil and Rose Pincince Lepine.

Vivianne married Roger E. Belhumeur on September 11, 1951 at St. Theresa's in Blackstone, MA. They were happily married for 53 years. Vivianne enjoyed bowling, bingo, playing cards with family and of course her trips to the casino. Vivianne was employed at US Keds as an inspector during her early years helping to support her family while Roger was serving in the Korean War and was a dedicated mother and housewife. During those years she volunteered at Peekskill Hospital in Peekskill, NY and Blessed Elizabeth Ann Seton School in Shrub Oak, NY where her and her husband had lived for over 25 years before moving to Southbury, CT.

Vivianne was preceded in death by her husband Roger E. Belhumeur; her parents, Emil and Rose Pincince Lepine as well as her siblings Raymond, Robert and Edward Lepine.

Vivianne is survived by her son, Dennis Belhumeur and his wife Cheryl Mas of Naugatuck, CT and her daughter Louise Vargas and her husband Alberto of Wappingers Falls, NY; her sisters Theresa Menard of Medfield, MA, Lucille Aubin of Woonsocket, RI, and her brother Maurice Lepine of Woonsocket, RI, her grandchildren Melanie Belhumeur along with Jason Barker of Buzzards Bay, MA, and Scott and his wife, Jenny Belhumeur of Waterbury along with Christopher and his wife, Stefanie Vargas of Madisonville, KY and Jeffrey and his wife, Lauren Vargas of Verplank, NY; great-grandchildren include Emma and Jack Barker of Buzzards Bay, MA along with Ella, Madelyn and Lillian Vargas of Madisonville, KY and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
