Virginia A. Sumetz, 88, passed away peacefully on Dec. 12, 2013 at her home in Apple Rehab of Watertown, CT. Mrs. Sumetz was predeceased by her husband, Adam A. Sumetz, her parents, Charles and Pauline Williams, her sister, Adele and her husband Ralph A. Mannella, her brother, Charles P. Williams and his wife Lorraine, and nephews, Alan Mannella and Gary Williams. Ralph D. and Elizabeth Mannella and her family of three generations of nieces and nephews from CT, NY, North Carolina, Kentucky and Florida would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Apple Rehab of Watertown and the wonderful people who cared for Ginny and her sister, Adele, with love and respect. The walls in Ginny's room were filled with memories of her life with family and friends, all who came to see her would love to talk and look at the pictures and cards. Everyone at Apple Rehab provided a warm home filled with entertainment and activities, singing groups and special dinner celebrations throughout the year.
