WOODBURY- Vincent Saracco, 93, of Woodbury, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at River Glen Health Center. He was the husband of Marguerite (Lusanne) Saracco.

Mr. Saracco was born July 21, 1918 in New York City, son of the late Louis and Rose (Vierno) Saracco. He graduated from Stuyvesant High School and from New York University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Mr. Saracco had worked for Teledyne Manufacturing for 35 years having started as a draftsman and retired as President.
He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting, golf and the opera.

Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Christine Saracco and Barbara Rzasa and her husband Raymond, a brother Ralph Saracco and his wife Gloria, three grandchildren, Capt. Jeffrey Rzasa, USMC, Kathryn Rzasa and Kristin and her husband Robert Janczewski

He was predeceased by two brothers, Peter and Louis Saracco.

Services: A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 11a.m. until the time of the service.
