Travis Labrie, 30, of Southbury died unexpectedly Tuesday April 2, 2013 at his home.
Travis was born January 2, 1983 in Bridgeport, a son of Julie (Scibek) Labrie of Southbury and the late Gaston Labrie.
Travis was a graduate of Pomperaug High School in Southbury. He was a wonderful friend to many; his friends were like his family. He worked several years for Mike Swift at All About Trees; Mike was like the big brother he never had. He was an avid dog lover, his dogs, Remy, Papa Smurf and Moo Moo, were his life. He was also a dog breeder and the owner of Bullyz Kennel.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother Cody Labrie of Southbury and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday April 9th at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main St. South, Southbury. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation: Friends may call at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 235 Main St. North, on Monday April 8th from 4 - 8pm.
