Mrs. Theresa Carlson, 74, of Heritage Village died Thursday November 5th at her home after and long and courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of John Carlson.
Mrs. Carlson was born September 27, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Morrissey) Lella. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all whose lives she touched. She was a graduate of New Utrecht High School in Brooklyn and worked for many years as a secretary for the Board of Education in several schools.
In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by three sons, Richard Carlson of Springfield, MA, Robert Carlson and his wife Michelle Lerner of Manhattan, NY, John Carlson of Brooklyn, NY, a sister Dolores Tricarico of Brooklyn, NY, and two grandchildren, Briana and Michaela both of New Hampshire.

Services: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday November 10th at 11: 00am at Holy Spirit Church, 1712 45th Street, Brooklyn, NY. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY.

Visitation: Friends may call at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 235 Main St. North, on Monday November 9th from 5 - 9pm.
