Mrs. Susanne Giordano, 61, of Heritage Village in Southbury, passed away Thursday, May 16 at her home. She was the wife of Richard Giordano. Sue was born August 21, 1951 in Yonkers, NY, daughter of the late Lawrence and Anne (Dirga) Guzy. She graduated from Shrub Oak High School in Shrub Oak, NY, Class of 1969. A caring person, Sue was a Certified Nurse's Aide who worked with people in their homes. She enjoyed tennis, volleyball, bowling, attending social events and was a member of the Heritage Village Chorus for several years. Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Eric Giordano of Newtown; her daughter, Amanda MacFarland and her husband Nathan of East Windsor and her brother, David Guzy of Hohenwald, TN.
