Steven T. Williamson, 75, of Roxbury, CT passed away at home surrounded by love early Christmas morning, December 25,2022.

Steve was born April 23,1947 in Springfield, MA, to the late Jean MacNeill Williamson and Lloyd E. Williamson; and was the older brother of Leslie Fairbanks (Richard) of Greenwich CT, Jeffrey of Newark, DE, and Dana Dimier (John) of St. Augustine, FL.

He was the cherished husband of Patricia (Chesser); proud and loving father of daughters Ashley (Scott) Williamson of Pasadena, MD, Jessica (Patrick) Rohen of Los Angeles, CA, and Rebecca (Joel) Garcia of Millersville, MD; affectionately known as "Grandpa Steve" to 10 special grandchildren, and dear to his wife's siblings and their spouses as well as nieces and nephews from both families.

Steve attended Duke University and later served in the United States Army.

A talented programmer of main frame computers, Steve worked as a consultant to many large companies including General Foods, Belding Heminway Co., and the former Southern New England Telephone Co.

Steve was a lifelong cat person with a special connection to them.  He was also a sports car enthusiast, accomplished sportsman, skilled home renovator, and lover of words and grammar.

At Steve's request, there will be no services.  Family and friends will gather this summer to celebrate his life.
