Our beloved Sheila passed away on March 10, 2025 after a short battle with cancer. This came as a surprise to many. Sheila was a pillar of the community, a loving aunt and great aunt, sister and friend. Washington will forever feel the void of her presence. She loved her community. She loved her family. And she loved her country. God Bless you and God Bless America….

A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 16, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Congregational Church of Washington, 6 Kirby Rd. Washington, CT. The Church services will be live streamed via zoom and can be accessed going to t the church website, First Congregational Church of Washington CT, UCC - Washington Connecticut , you will see Sheila's service information under announcements. A celebration of Sheila's life will be held at the Town Hall immediately following the services. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
