Shawn William Varley age 32 of Harwinton, Connecticut, passed away unexpectedly on Friday August 4th. He is survived by his parents Heidi and Butch Finch of Roxbury and James Varley of Warren, his siblings Jessica Varley and Ryan Varley, his grandmother Virginia Varley of Washington, his niece and nephew Amber and Sebastian, and his loyal dog Trudy. He graduated from Wamogo in 2003 he was a self-employed, licensed Forester in the State of Connecticut, of which he was very proud. Shawn had many interests involving woodworking and antiques, he also enjoyed music, playing guitar, and most recently teaching himself to play the banjo. Shawn had a sense of humor that could brighten any room and touched many lives. Calling hours are Tuesday August 8th from 5 to 8 pm  at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School St., Woodbury, Funeral Service Wednesday August 9th at 10 a.m. in Salem Covenant Church, 96 Baldwin Hill Rd., Washington Depot. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to either a scholarship fund for his nephew Sebastian Varley through Union Savings Bank, 26 North St., Roxbury, Ct. 06783 or to St Jude's Hospital in his memory.
