Scott Hellauer 46, of Woodbury Ct. died Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Waterbury Hospital with his family by his side. Scott was born September 13, 1971 in Bridgeport, Ct. , the son of Roland Hellauer of Southbury, Ct. and Shirley Hellauer of Bethlehem, Ct. He lived most of his life in Southbury. He worked at Dilley Floors for many years. For the last two years Scott worked at Country Spirt Shop.  He enjoyed music, reading, collecting old things and most of all he loved his family and friends. Besides his parents, he leaves his fiancé and best friend Peggy King, his brother Gary Hellauer, many Aunts, Uncles, and cousins and Ann Marie, Ricky, Sara and Patrick whom he loved and helped raise. Calling hours are Tuesday 4:00 to 6:00P.M., May 22, at Munson-Lovetere funeral home, 2 School St. Woodbury CT 06798. A private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
