Scott Francis Elmore, 62, died peacefully on November 27, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital with his family by his side. He was born February 21, 1951 in St. Paul, Minnesota, son of the late Margaret and John Elmore. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary Restell of England. He is survived by his wife Barbara, his three children, Jennifer Ouellette of Waterbury, CT, Matthew Elmore of Hartford CT and Meghan Rodriguez and her husband Ranses of Bristol, CT; four grandchildren, Justin and Jessica Ouellette, Ethan Rodriguez and Skyler Elmore Jones of Colorado; two brothers, Roger Elmore and his wife Shelley, and James Elmore; three sisters, Christine Johnson, Jeannie Cornell and her husband Brad, and Elizabeth Elmore all from Minnesota and several nieces and nephews. Scott had a tremendous love and pride for his family and his one wish was for each one to find their own happiness and pursue it. He also devoted many years of hard work and passion to the success of his business, Advanced Electronic Products, Inc . Scott was well liked and respected as a friend and colleague to all of his business associates. A special thanks is given to those who handled Scott's care at The Harold Leever Cancer Center, Dr Sabbath, Dr. Bitterman , Donna Viner & the special team of nurses who unconditionally supported him with their positive outlook. I want to thank Kathy who always followed through on any phone call made to the office, and the VNA staff who took care of Scott's needs at home.

Visitation: Friends and family may pay their respects from 4: 00 to 8: 00 pm on Wednesday Dec. 4th at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson Lovetere, 235 Main St. North.
