Sandra Magda Blum, 77, passed away peacefully at her home in Southbury on July 24, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Derby to Walter and Ethel Magda on January 27, 1948, and was raised in Oxford, Connecticut.

She is survived by her daughters Bonnie Patrick (Frank Posca) and Tammy Overchuk (John); her devoted life partner, Ronald A. Greene and his son Ronald D. Greene (Sheri); step-son Paul Blum; her grandchildren Justin Kelemencky, Cori Kelemencky, Elizabeth Overchuk, Katherine Overchuk, Lauren Blum, and Sydney Blum; six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sandy was predeceased by her brothers, Walter and Ronald Magda as well as her grandson, Aaron Kelemencky.

Sandy loved entertaining friends and family, creating warm memories over home-cooked meals, and watching the birds in her backyard. In addition, Sandy loved the New York Yankees and UConn basketball. Her pug, Chloe, was always by her side, providing love and companionship.

Calling hours will be held Monday July 28, 2025 from 10:00 A.M - 12:00 P.M. at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main St. North, Southbury. Burial will be immediately following at Southford Cemetery.
