Ruth H. Mitchell, 87, of Wolcott, died Thursday, October 18 at the Haven Health Care Center in Waterbury. She was the wife of Elton E. Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell was born March 23, 1920 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph O. and Dorothy (Farr) Wolfe. Mrs. Mitchell was a 1937 graduate of Crosby High School and attended Perry's Business School in Waterbury. She worked as a clerk and retired from Century Products in Waterbury. Her hobbies included ceramics, which she taught for over 30 years. Besides her husband of 64 years, she is survived by a daughter, Debra DiDonato of Wolcott, 2 grandchildren, Michelle DiDonato and Joseph DiDonato and 1 great grandson, Sean DiDonato-Chemlen. She was pre-deceased by a son, Elton E. Mitchell Jr
