Miss Ruth V. Mason, 101, of Southbury died Tuesday September 25th, 2007 at Pomperaug Woods in Southbury.
Miss Mason was born April 19, 1906 in Taunton, Massachusetts daughter of the late Ernest A. and Leila (Squier) Mason. Formerly of Upper Montclair, New Jersey, she was a graduate of Wellsley College. She was a member of the D.A.R. and the National Society of New England Women. Miss Mason moved to Heritage Village in 1975 and in 1993 moved to Pomperaug Woods.
She is survived by two nieces, Janis Pfuhler of Portchester, NY and Beverly Webster of Waterbury. She was pre-deceased by her nephew, Thomas Sprague.
