Higginson
March 28, 1949 – August 10, 2015
Russell Higginson passed away in his sleep at his home in Southbury, CT on August 10 from pancreatic cancer. Russell was born on March 28, 1949 in Providence, Rhode Island. Russell worked as a food processor for the Nestle Corporation in New Milford, CT for 32 years. He was a member of the New Milford congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Russell never let his neuromuscular disability, Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, prevent him from working hard to provide for his family.
He is survived by his wife Gladys (Judson) Higginson, his daughter Dawn Higginson, and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his parents, Lewis and Gertrude Higginson, and his brother, Lewis Higginson Jr.
