Mr. Robert F. Simons, 91, of Southbury died Monday March 9th at River Glen Health Care Center. He was the widower of Marjorie (Wilson) Simons. Mr. Simons was born June 3, 1917 in Waterbury, the son of the late Howard and Edna (Gallagher) Simons.
A longtime resident of Southbury, he was a former member of the Southbury Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a member of the King Solomon's Masonic Lodge #7A.F. and A.M. in Woodbury. He was a stereotyper at Eastern Color Printing Company for over 49 years.
He is survived by his son Robert Simons and his wife Linda of Southbury and a granddaughter, Victoria Simons of Manhattan, NY.
