Robert I. Rice,77, passed away in May 11 at Silver Springs Care Center in Meriden. Robert's family would like to extend special thanks and gratitude to the staff at Silver Springs Care Center in Meriden, CT. Silver Springs was Roberts home in the latter years of his life - and it was the care and concern of those there that made it so. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making Robert's world a better place.
