WATERTOWN- Mr. Robert W. Lynn, 79, of 810 Hamilton Avenue, died Friday evening, November 17, 2006 at Rocky Hill Veterans Hospital. He was the husband of Annabelle (Coyle) Lynn.
Mr. Lynn was born February 24, 1927 in Waterbury, son of the late Raymond and Ellen (Anderson) Lynn. He grew up and was raised in Bethlehem and graduated from Watertown High School. He resided in Watertown for over 50 years and owned and operated Lynns Service Station at Lynns Corners in Woodbury. He enjoyed owning and repairing cars and enjoyed Big Band music and country western music. Mr. Lynn was a US Army WW II Veteran having received the European Theater Campaign Ribbon.
Besides his wife of 54 years, he leaves a son Robert W. Lynn, Jr. of Oakville, three daughters, Debbie Hallman of Savannah, GA, Terri Giuditta of Cheshire and Barbara Moher of Wolcott, a brother Mahlon Lynn of Woodbury and a sister Margaret Urfer of Bethlehem, 7 granddaughters and 2 grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers Raymond Lynn and Carl Lynn.

Services: A memorial service will be held today; Sunday November 19, 2006 at 5: 30 p.m at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School Street.
Visitation: Friends may visit family today from 4: 30 until the time of service.
