Robert N. Harris, Jr., 46, of Southbury, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015. Robert was born March 8, 1969 in Queens, NY, son of Robert N. Harris and Anita (Hasskamp) Harris. Robert graduated from Newtown schools, received his Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and his Masters from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, PA. Before his retirement, Robert worked at the Psychology Laboratory at Carnegie Mellon, was the Pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church in Kingston, NY and a Ministerial Assistant at Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Warwick, RI. He enjoyed traveling, photography, music and playing the trombone. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Leanne Harris; his sister and brother-in-law, Reagan and Kyle Fitzgibbons and his beloved nieces and nephews.

Funeral: St. James Lutheran Church
Services: Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13 at 4: 00 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, 111 Peter Road, Southbury. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth, Texas.
Visitation: Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 12, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North and Wednesday from 3 to 4: 00 p.m.at St. James Lutheran Church.
