RITA M. TALARICO, 83, of Southbury, died peacefully at Waterbury Hospital on April 26, 2014. Born in Middletown, CT, Rita lived in Woodbury for most of her life. She was the wife of the late Joseph Talarico and daughter of Emily and Henry Lineweber. She leaves three children; Linda Geraci and husband Richard, Jean Geraci and husband Salvatore and Joseph Talarico and wife Holly. She leaves her beloved sister, Shirley Drummer and husband Ronald and is predeceased by brothers Freddy and John Lineweber. Rita also leaves nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Rita worked many years at Southbury Training School and at Hoskings Red Barn in Watertown where she came to enjoy working with different plants and gardening. Being with her family gave her the greatest joy.
The family would like to take this time to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at River Glen Health Care Center in Southbury. All who work there are to be commended for their kind and loving way with our mom. We will never forget any of you.

Visitation: There will be calling hours at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main Street North, Southbury from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday May 1, 2014.
