Loving husband father and grandfather

Southbury - Richard O. Rosenbeck, 82, peacefully passed away at home on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

He was born December 5, 1938, the son of the late Albert J. and Isabella (O'Brien) Rosenbeck. Richard grew up in the city of Waterbury and attended public schools. He work for the city of Waterbury, in the sanitation department until he retired. He was an avid Red Sox fans. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.

Richard was predeceased by his first wife, Claire (Cyr) Rosenbeck, daughter Linda, brother John, and sisters Ruthann and Bellamae. He leaves behind his brother David, sister Jeanne, second wife Ann (Kennedy) Rosenbeck, son Scott and wife Jackie, daughters Sandi and husband John, Christie, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 8, 2021 at 3:30 pm at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 235 Main St. N., Southbury, CT. Calling hours will be from 1:00 pm until services at 3:30 pm. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
