Richard James Mathison a.k.a Redford, Brother Rich, Rickie, Dick, dad and other unmentionable but well-known superlatives, disembarked on his next adventure on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 at 0-dark 30 in the morning. He lived a "Rich" life and will have his final send off at the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. N., from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 for his daughter Kim, Sisters Donna and Pam, Brothers Ed, Bill, and Mike, nieces Crystal, Samantha, Olive, nephews Bee, Brian, Alex, Christopher, Nick, Cam and countless friends and associates, who were all his family. He'll trust we'll all be able now to be there to help each other whenever help is needed, keep family first, make the best deals, rake the leaves, burn the stumps, and find the value in everything life puts in front of us.
