Mr. Richard C. Hubbard, 74, of Woodbury died unexpectedly Thursday July 14, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was the husband of Marjorie (Irving) Hubbard.
Mr. Hubbard was born February 23, 1937 in Springfield, Massachusetts the son of the late Ralph H. and Gladys (Campbell) Hubbard. He attended Northfield Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts, Northeastern University and Columbia Business School. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing tennis, sailing and photography. He was a devoted UCONN Husky fan.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a son, Andrew Hubbard and his wife Amanda of Litchfield, a daughter, Kristin Hubbard and her husband William Gold of Bothell, WA, 3 grandchildren, Ty Hubbard and Lucy and Xander Gold.
