Mr. Ralph LeRoy Eighmie, 60, of Southbury died Thursday June 17th at his home. Mr. Eighmie was born September 4, 1949 in Danbury a son of the late Harold and Alice (Hatfield) Eighmie. He was a veteran of the US Navy and served during the Vietnam era. He was a wonderful welder and worked for various companies, including a fabricating company in Southington and Millstone Company. He was a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary for many years. He loved animals and baking as a hobby.
He is survived by a brother Richard Eighmie of Arizona, a sister Sheena Maynard of Waterbury, his aunt Helen Hatfield of Woodbury and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
