Ralph "Topper" Boyd DeCristoforo of Southbury, CT and Bethlehem, PA died November 14, 2010. Born and raised in Waterbury, CT he is the son of the late Ralph DeCristoforo, MD and Fern Boyd Eggleton. He is survived by his twin daughters, Dana Buchanan and Tara Shepley, their mother Sylvia Biscardi, his fiancé©e Sally Gammon, her mother Alyce Rimmer and step-daughter Danielle Gammon. Also surviving are his sisters Sharon Swanhall and Susan Krusko, his sons-in law, the Reverends Andrew Buchanan and Joseph Shepley, his brother-in-law Martin Swanhall, and his six grandchildren: Joseph, David and Sarah Shepley; Rachael, Luke and Andrew Buchanan; nephew Joseph P. Krusko and niece Lisa Saracino. A graduate of Crosby High School and Monmouth College, he also earned a masters degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. After 25 successful years in Human Resources and hospital administration, DHR International employed him as an Executive Vice-President of their Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group. Ralph served as a past President of the CT Hospital Human Resources Association. Devoted to family and friends, an avid golfer and devotee to physical fitness, he lived life vibrantly. As a father, brother, husband, partner, uncle, and friend, he brought love and joy to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.

Services: A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 174 Whisconier Rd. Brookfield, CT. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Watertown on Friday, November 26 at 10: 00 a.m.
Visitation: Friends may call the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St. North on Thursday, November 18th from 5- 7 p.m.
