Peggy Webb died peacefully at home in Woodbury, CT on March 20, 2015. Peggy was born on March 24, 1933 in Greenwich, CT to the late Agnes Loughlin and Herbert F. Webb. She is survived by her partner Deborah Fuller, a brother Herbert and his wife Jeanette, her late brother Edwin's wife Edith (Bunny) and three beloved nephews: Edwin, Timothy and Christopher. Peggy graduated from The Academy of our Lady of Good Counsel, White Plains, NY in 1950 and St. Joseph College, West Hartford, CT with a B.S. degree in 1954. She later earned a Master's in Business Administration from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY. She was the Director of Food Service at The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City for over twenty years. Previously, she was a Research Dietitian at Rockefeller University. Among her many professional accomplishments was election as President of the Greater New York Dietetic Association and service as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Healthcare Food Service Management. Upon retiring to Woodbury, CT, she was active in several community and civic organizations among them The Glebe House Museum, the Woodbury Democratic Town Committee and the Board of Directors of Woodbury Interfaith Elderly Housing Corporation maintaining Spruce Bank Farm, an affordable housing complex.

Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 146 Main St. South, Woodbury, CT on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10: 00 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery, Greenwich, CT at the convenience of the family.

Visitation: Calling hours are from 4: 00 to 7: 00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2015 at Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home, 2 School Street, Woodbury, CT.
