Pauline (aka Polly) Anderson Southbury- Polly Anderson, 81, passed away on April 16, 2018 at River Glen in Southbury, CT.  She was born August 25, 1936, to the late Clarence and Helen (Platt) Anderson.  Polly was a descendent of Tristan Coffin one of the founders of Nantucket.  She was born in Waterbury and lived 80 years of her life in Woodbury before moving to River Glen in Southbury. Polly worked at The Louise Shop in Woodbury for 22.5 years and left after a fire burned down the building.  She then worked at The Woodbury Telephone Company for 22.5 years.  She loved both jobs.  She worked with Save a Child and Children International for 35- 40 years.  She loved photography, reading, cats, nature, the outdoors and to travel abroad. She is survived by several cousins. Burial will be private.  Donations can be made in Polly's memory to The Woodbury Library 296 Main Street South, Woodbury, CT 06798.
