Paula C. Ferris, 69, of Kent died peacefully on January 7, 2014 at Sharon Hospital. She was the widow of David H Ferris.
Paula was born on April 30, 1944 in Jersey City, New Jersey. She was the daughter of Theresa Barnish and Emanuel 'Mike' Cavrudatz, and Lauretta Cavrudatz. She spent most of her years in Woodbury, raising her children.
She worked at The Charcoal Chef for many years, and Uniroyal Chemical of Naugatuck. She had a passion for gardening, cooking, and home projects.
She leaves behind her daughters Karen Berube Trudeau and her husband Erik of Florida, and Kristine Berube Loomis and her husband Clifford of Watertown, a step son, David H Ferris Jr. and his wife Patti, of Monroe, and her beloved grandchildren Tyler and Caitlyn Loomis. Also Jaclyn, Meghan and Daniel Ferris. As well as her former husband, and loving care giver, Jerry Zambiella of Oakville. And her siblings Linda Ross of Meriden, and Steven and David Cavrudatz of Florida.

Services: A celebration of her life will be held graveside on May 3, at the New North Cemetery in Woodbury CT.
