Patrick Joseph Krasniewski passed to his eternal rest suddenly on December 21, 2017 at his home in Ann Arbor Michigan.  Patrick was the beloved son of Edward J. Krasniewski of Portland CT. and Geraldine (Mahoney) and Rowland Travis of Southbury, CT.  Born on November 20, 1973 in Yonkers, NY, Patrick spent most of his life in Crompond, NY where he graduated from Walter Panas High School.  Patrick completed his Bachelor's Degree and graduated with honors from Iona College in New Rochelle. He had a career in health care administration in New York and in Detroit Michigan.  Patrick was loved by all who knew him for his quick wit and his kind ways.  He enjoyed all types of music and movies and was an encyclopedia of knowledge.  He played harmonica to the delight of his family and friends. He was an avid Dart player and had numerous awards and trophies.  The joy and light of his life was his 4 year old son Chayton Krasniewski who survives him. In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by a brother Edward Krasniewski (Tracey) of Portland CT , his step-sister Jennifer Travis Newman (Francois) of Carmel NY, nephews, Alex, Michael and Ethan Krasniewski of Portland, CT and Gavin, Logan and niece Abigail Newman of Carmel, NY. He will be greatly missed by his family; his many uncles, aunts, and cousins, all of whom loved him dearly .

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an education fund for Patrick's son Chayton Krasniewski, C/O Geri Travis, 108 Beecher Drive, Southbury, CT. 06488. Calling hours will be held Sunday January 14, 2018 2:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Munson Lovetere Funeral Home 235 Main Street North, Southbury. A Mass will be held Monday January 15, 2018 at 10:00A.M. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church 910 Main Street South, Southbury.
