Mrs. Patricia Ann Skelly, 55, of Southbury passed away Tuesday July 7th at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the wife of Gregory A. Skelly.
Mrs. Skelly was born June 19, 1954 in Queens, NY a daughter of John T. and Betty (Dettmering) Patten of Uniondale, NY. Pat's proudest accomplishment was raising her three sons. She was a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. In the ensuing years Pat worked in several local dental practices in Southbury, Woodbury, Danbury and Waterbury.
In addition to her parents and her husband of over 31 years, she is survived by her three sons, John Skelly, Michael Skelly and Daniel Skelly all of Southbury, a grandson Ethan Skelly, two sisters, Susan Nietzer of Canton, GA and Cathy Caracciolo of Shirley, L.I., NY and many nieces and nephews.
