Mary E. Riley, 78, of Heritage Village died Tuesday November 24, 2009 in her home. Miss Riley was born November 10, 1931 in Yonkers, New York daughter of the late George and Marie (Joyce) Riley. She had spent most of her nursing career working as the Assistant Director of the Westchester County Health Department in Tarrytown, New York.
She is survived by her brother and his wife George T. and Gerry Riley of Syracuse, NY, a nephew Tom Riley, 3 nieces Ann Schmitzer, Cathy Jensen, Eileen Riley, and 9 grand nieces and nephews.

Funeral: Sacred Heart Church

Services: A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday December 1, 2009 at 10 am at Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main St. South, Southbury. Burial will be held privately in Vermont.

Visitation: Friends may gather in the daily chapel of the church from 9 am until the time of the service.
