Mary Antonello Keating, 86, died peacefully at home in Southbury, CT on June 30, 2011. On November 21, 1924, Mary was born to James and Josephine Antonello in the Bayridge section of Brooklyn, NY. While working during the war effort, Mary met and later married her husband James Keating. In 1960 the couple purchased a home in Hazlet, NJ where they spent the next 45 years before Mary relocated to Southbury in 2005. She is survived by her four children, Christopher of Doswell, VA, Noelle of Keyport, NJ, Timothy of Jersey City, NJ and Justine of Southbury, CT. Mary was a loving and adoring grandmother to Reagan Colton of Southbury, CT. She will also be remembered as a dear and loving aunt by two nephews and five nieces. Mary was predeceased by her husband James and her brother, Bill Antonello of the 1953 pennant winning Brooklyn Dodgers.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations in the memory of Mary A. Keating be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.

Services: A memorial mass will take place Friday, August 5, 2011 at 10: 00 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 733 Oxford Road, Oxford.
