Mrs. Margaret B. Fenn, 83, of Old Woodbury Road passed away peacefully on Saturday March 12, 2011 at St. Mary's Hospital. Mrs. Fenn was the wife of the late Austin W. Fenn Sr. Mrs. Fenn was born August 1,1927 in Bronx, New York, daughter of the late Howard and Margaret (Roos) Brown. Throughout her life she had lived in many places, but especially loved spending time in Rhode Island with her late husband. Mrs. Fenn worked as a telephone operator in New York City during World War II, was a volunteer for the Woodbury Ambulance Association, worked at the Lutheran Home in Southbury for many years, and had owned and operated Nonnewaug Antiques in Woodbury.
She is survived by 3 sons, Austin W. Fenn, Jr. of Southbury, Jeffrey Fenn and his wife, Debra of Omaha, Nebraska, Thomas D. Fenn of Waterbury, a daughter Melissa Navarra and her husband Mark of Oakville, 2 sisters Theresa Gaudenzi of New Milford, Dolores Pruchnicki of Bethlehem, 6 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Nathaniel, Matthew & Christopher Fenn, Rebekah & Timothy Koskelowski, and one great grandson, Nicholas Fenn. Besides her husband she is predeceased by a brother, Howard Brown.

Funeral: St. James Lutheran Church
Services: A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 16, 2011 at 10 am at the St. James Lutheran Church, Peter Road in Southbury.
Visitation: Friends may call the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School Street on Tuesday March 15 from 5 to 8 pm.
