Lucy Ouimette, 84, of Rowley Road died Friday February 13, 2009 at Waterbury Extended Care in Watertown. She was the wife of the late Stanley E. Ouimette. Mrs. Ouimette was born in Ashland, N.H. on May 21, 1924 daughter of the late Joseph and Hattie Smith. She enjoyed bowling and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family.
She is survived by 5 sons, Philip Ouimette of Naugatuck, Stanley J. Ouimette of Simi, California, Donald Ouimette of Woodbury, Raymond Ouimette of Camarillo, California, Stanley P. Ouimette of Seymour, 5 daughters Barbara Loomis of Tennessee, Diane Di Napoli of Passaic, New Jersey, Kathryn Veech of Woodbury, Nancy Maxim of Naugatuck, June Bassett of Southbury, 26 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. Besides her husband she is also pre deceased by a daughter Joyce Waicunas.

Services: A funeral service will be held on Sunday February 15, 2009 at 2 pm at the Woodbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 2 School Street.

Visitation: Friends may call at the funeral home from Noon until the time of the service.
