Lucia(Lucy) Iseppi, 97, passed away peacefully, March 5,2016 at the Pope John Paul II rest home after a lengthy illness.
A life long resident of Fairfield, Lucy was the loving wife of the late Gene Zeppi Iseppi.
She leaves her son Gene (Butch), daughter in law Kendra, grandson Matthew, and great grand daughter Maren.
She also leaves her loving niece, Doris Torok of Trumbull and her children, 2 sisters Teresa Manoni of Trumbull and Rose Bassi of Derby.
A devout woman of faith, her foremost devotion was to her immediate and extended family.
She was also an avid sports enthusiast. Lucy and Zep could be found frequenting the many baseball and softball games in their hometown of Fairfield.
The sun rose and set with the successes and failures of her UConn women's basketball team and her New York Yankees.

Services: A funeral mass will be held on Monday March 14, 2016 at 11 am at St. Pius Church, 834 Brookside Dr. Fairfield, Burial will be held in the Oak Lawn Cemetery, Fairfield.

Visitation: Friends may call the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson-Lovetere, 235 Main St North on Sunday March 13, 2016 from 4 to 7 pm.
