Obituary

Mrs. Lottie (Bandurski) Burrows, 88, of Middlebury died Thursday December 14th at The Glendale Care Center in Naugatuck. She was the widow of Philip R. Burrows.
Mrs. Burrows was born in Waterbury on December 31st 1917 daughter of the late Stanley and Alexandra (Droznick) Bandurski.
She was a member of the Middlebury Congregational Church where she served as a church deacon and was active in numerous church activities. She worked for 30 years as Secretary to the Headmaster and Assistant Registrar at Westover School. She was a member of the Middlebury Garden Club, Middlebury Historical Society and Friends of the Library. She was a moving mother, grandmother and friend to many.
Lottie is survived by a son Robert Burrows and his wife Sara of Chicago, Ill, a daughter Sondra Olivieri of Middlebury and five grandchildren, Evan, Hylin, Meredith, Brandon, and Brett.
A memorial service will be held on January 20th at 10am at the Middlebury Congregational Church, 1242 Whittemore Rd. The Southbury Funeral Home of Munson - Lovetere, 235 Main St. North is in charge of arrangements.
